At Crepdog Crew, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your premium streetwear and sneakers, offering a seamless exchange process for eligible items. Due to the exclusive nature of our curated collection, we accept returns for store credit or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure items are unworn, in original packaging with all Crepdog Crew tags attached; products with signs of wear or missing tags will not be accepted.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original box to prevent damage during transit and print the provided return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, we will issue your store credit or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
